CrPc 125 and DV 2005 are civil cases

what does your passport renewal application ask

      criminal cases
      Or
      Civil cases

If criminal cases, you don’t have any.
if civil cases, you can ask court permission for renewal of passport.

just because case is pending that dosnt mean that you are criminal, and its matrimonial case, why passport authority will deny.
check for the judgment on mynation
