Dear All,
I have filed Petition for Transfer of Case in Bombay High Court on 27th Feb 2012. The said transfer of Case is u/s 407 Cr. P. C.
Will anyone pls guide through the procedure of case in HC???
First the date was 7th March 2012, but on 6th evening the date was shifted to 16th March. Its still in Pre-admission stage. May i know the procedure of HC?????
Just to add that I have filed party in Person thats the reason I’m asking the above queries….
