      Sir,

      I want to know that for a indian christian husband how much minimum time is required to file a divorce petition after seperation. the women whom i was married is also christian and we are now seperated but she is not ready to file a divorce application our marriage last only for 3 months we are seperated since last 2 years. Recently she has also filed Dv and 498 against me which is pending in the trail court. I want divorce only so please advise me

      if marriage lasted only 3 months. how long did you stay together? 3 months?? why did she wait for 2 years to file DV and 498a.

      you are facing trial. you may be acquinted or convicted. better you go for settlement. file divorce will be easy as you have been living separately for 2 years.
