      Dear frnds,

      Please refer my earlier “http://forum.mynation.net/topic.php?id=256”

Status of cases:-498 is still going on, in last phase, 125 going on

There are chances that my 498 wife may forcibly try to enter in my house which she left 2 years ago and start living here with me. In that case i’ll be going out and live with any of my friend. To avoid this situation is there any legal provision that she could not come here n stay or say any right of it. If yes please let me know the details. wht should i do to prevent her from entering forcibly in my house? is there any citation which could support me in this case?

please provide ur valuable experience n knowledge.
