I go married in 1996, but my wife has been living with her parents and away from me since 2001. In the initial 3 years of our separation I was allowed to meet our daugher, but from 2004 onwards I was prohibited from meeting our daughter.
In 2005 my wife came forward to reconcile our difference and again I was allowed to meet our daughter though they (my wife & daughter) continued to liver with her parents.
In 2007 once again my wife stopped allowing my daughter meeting me and recently for the last two months even from communicating with my daughter over telephone or though letters.
What shall I do to & what legal action I should take to get permission to meet and communicate with my daugher who is now 12 years old? I don’t want to seek a divorce.

Dear Friend,
I have gone through your case , if you have order of court to meet your daughter, then you may approach before the same court , if no order , you may approach the court.
Yours ,
