      Is there a time limit to file a DV ? if so, what is the time limit esp after seperation from her husband? Are there any related judgements?

      Why are you waiting DV to be filled; there are other legal procedures where you can minimize effects of DV or 498A

      There is no time limit for filing DV.

      The only time limit factor comes only if the last event of Domestic Violence Incident as reported is prior to the date of notification of PWDVA, 2005. Which happened on October 27, 2006.
