got the certified copy but that also not having signed copies of evidences.that was private case act156.how we can get off this case. i want my wife back.but she want money.

i seen many witness statements without signature, but those are valid as police is writting and varifing it, so they will held responsible if they write someone name. still on FIR she or whoever on behalf of her gives statement has to sign.

you can deny their version of evidence. do not sign anything on thier copy. they may force you to sign.
