I need your advice please help.
I did love marriage 15 months back. Marriage was done in arysamaj and registered in court.
We both are from different caste so from initial girl’ family don’t like me.
Girl had given complaint against her family thrice –
1) first in Noida to SSP in 2017
2) Mahipalpur thana when her family came her office and assaulted her and registered a false complaint of kidnap
3) In Meerut to SSP and court
Now after that somehow her mother convinced by her and she starts coming our rented house in Gurgaon.
Now after couple of months later my mother in law done brain wash of my wife and she filed a complaint against me in IPC 322-323,506,509,498A,377
I was in jail for 75 days now on out on bail.
When I was in Thane my wife transferred 2 lakhs Rs to her account after resetting my net banking password with the help of my phone and debit card which was snatched by her brother on that day.
When police sent me jaily wife taken all the items from the rented house whose bill is on my name and have done payment by my card.
She also taken my phone, laptop and wallet.
She changed my Gmail and Facebook password and using the same.
She is saying that in my laptop I have he nude photos and videos and I was blackmailing her from past 1 year. We have captured those photos and videos consent and nothing forcing was done. She is claiming that in one video she is doing oral but that video was of before marriage. This photos and videos are my negative point else I have not taken any dowry and all items bill are on my name and done payment by my card.
In chargesheet my father and mother name was deleted by IO and IPC 377 was also removed but as per IO my wife given in written that she will show those videos and photos in court.
IO informed my office regarding my case so I already lose my job and jobless now.
Please help me what and how can I fight this case.
