My wife who does not in any way want to get back to me and has my son is now telling all lies and false reasons and accusing me of having affairs/adultery with other women whcih is having absolutely no basis….she is telling she can prove it and spoil my whole future…we are muslims ..can she file for divorce giving the above false reasons and can it be accepted just on her verbal claims…My in-laws are telling that they will not give me my son back…what can i do…iam NRI …please advice of any strong Muslim lawyer in Hyderabad who can fight my case…thanks…
