Ingredients:
85 g – bread crumbs
300 ml – milk
70 g – sugar
20 g – butter
10 g – cocoa
2 – eggs
Method
Boil milk cocoa butter & pour over breadcrumbs & sugar.
Stand for 10 minutes, add beaten yolks.
Grease a dish. Bake in moderate oven till set.
Whip whites stiffly with 2tbsp sugar.
Spread on top & brown in slow oven
