Vegetable Vindaloo

Ingredients :
Kohlrabi 225gm
Radish 115gm
Potatoes 225gm
Carrots 115gm
Turmeric a pinch
Vinegar 30ml
Salt to taste
Fat 30gm
Tomatoes 115gm
Onions 115gm
Ginger a small piece
Garlic a few flakes
Red chillies 5gm
Mustard seeds 1/2tsp

Method :
Prepare vegetables.
Grind spices using vinegar.
Heat fat; fry spices.
Add vegetables and remaining vinegar. Add salt.
Cook till vegetables are tender.
