* 1 tablespoon manchurian masala (contains salt)
* 1/2 tablespoon flour
* 1 teaspoon corn flour
* 10 pods of Garlic
* Spring onions to garnish
1. Mix the flours with a little water to make a paste.
2. Dip the mushroom pieces into the paste and deep fry.
3. Heat oil in a wok. Add finely chopped garlic . Dont let it brown. Add the manchurian pieces and stir fry till done.
4. Garnish with Spring onion leaves.
