for respondent No.4.
RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J. (ORAL)
This is a classic case which can be best described as a pot calling the kettle black.
Respondent No.4 is accused by the petitioner of furnishing a false educational certificate showing her to be 8th class pass, while the petitioner herself has procured a false resident certificate of Haryana and accordingly she is not qualified to lay claim to the post of Anganwari Worker, while she wants to dethrone her adversary. The report of the Police Department after investigation is to this effect. On these revelations forthcoming, most certainly, no relief is available to the petitioner in this petition since her claim is based on falsehood and the discretionary writ 1 of 2 CWP No.18226 of 2014 jurisdiction would not be exercised in favour of a person who has relied on procured and manufactured document/s by misleading the authorities to obtain resident status. This is the stand of the State in para.2 of the written statement put in to contest the petition. For the purposes of this order I refrain from recording the details of the two stories for privacy to recount what they did in the scramble for a job.
It is for the State Government to consider the propriety of continuance of respondent No.4 as an Anganwari Worker.
With these observations, this petition stands dismissed.
