UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

I.A. No. 51221 of 2020

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application filed by the Respondent father- Paidi Venkata Venu Gopal Rao, it is prayed that he may be provided contact/visitation rights with the minor children, namely, Vishal Rana Paidi and Dheeraj Rao Paidi in an unsupervised environment through video calling/WhatsApp/mobile calling.

In our opinion, considering the fact that the children are already grown up, namely, 12 and 15 years of age respectively, it is open to the parties to interact between them on mutually agreed basis and convenience.

The father is free to interact with the children as per their convenience at any time of the day having due regard to the availability and convenience of the minor children. The interaction can be by any mode, namely, telephone/cell phone/videocalling/video-conferencing. It will also be open to both the parties to record the video/conversation during such interaction.

This application is disposed of accordingly.

List the main matter in the fourth week of July, 2020 for final disposal.
