It was constructed by a xxx and same was perceived by a benefaction Petitioner vide a memory label from Respondent No.1’s .  Memory label as perceived is been in control of benefaction petitioner. Video Clipping has been reproduced in DVD and has not been altered in any manner.

 

Sr. No. 2 Call Recording Between Respondent No. 1 and Her Sister submitted vide Exhibit 51/44

It was constructed by Call Recording Software commissioned in postulant Mobile Phone of Make Micromax Canvas carrying IMEI series and same was been copied to mechanism of Present postulant and that mechanism carrying sr. No. Of make xxx and indication yyy is still being used by Petitioner. Same has been reproduced in DVD and has not been altered in any manner.

 

Sr. No. 3 : 2 Nos. of Call Recording between Respondent No. 1 and News Reporter Named Sachin Patil Submitted vide Exhibit No. 51/55

The pronounced audio recordings was being constructed by a mobile phone make xxx IMEI yyy vide a call recording program commissioned in respondent phone. Same phone is being used and is in control or Respondent No. 1. Backup of recordings were taken by respondent No. 1 in Lenovo Brand Laptop of make xxx indication yyy temperament sr. No. Zzzz belonging to Mr. Xxxx who is father of aaaa . Same laptop is being in operative condition compartment afterwards and during benefaction is in control of Mr. Xxx. Same has been reproduced in DVD and has not been altered in any manner.

 

Sr. No. 4 Emails Submitted Vide Exhibit No. 51/48 & 51/50

The pronounced Email for pass dispatch was been perceived from passport.admin@passportindia.gov.in an central Email ID Of Passport bureau (Government of India) to Petitioner Email ID xys@yahoo.com on 12.03.15 during 10.32 PM and during a time of receiving email and during benefaction also it is being used by benefaction petitioner. Same Email but any rumpus has been reproduced by automatic means i.e. Printer.

 

• The Said Email for GSRTC Ticket was been perceived from eticket@gsrtc.in an central Email ID of Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation to postulant Email ID sbc@yshoo.com on 02.05.17 during 9.42 PM and during a time of receiving email and during benefaction also it is being used by benefaction petitioner. Same Email but any rumpus has been reproduced by automatic means i.e. Printer.

Facebook shade fire was taken by benefaction Petitioner in his owned Lenovo Laptop and same was been pasted in Microsoft word. Colour Printout was taken to benefaction it in justice and same has not been altered in any manner.

 

Sr. No. 8 WhatsApp Screen Shots of Threat by Respondent No. 1 to Petitioner Submitted as imitation out vide Exhibit No. 51/51

WhatsApp shade fire was taken by benefaction Petitioner in his owned Lenovo Mobile Phone and was stored in Phone Memory card. Same summary is still in a strange accessible in Petitioner Phone. Screen shot has been taken as a Colour Printout to benefaction it in justice and same has not been altered in any manner.
