The identity showing applicant is the husband of assessee/relationship is attached along with this application here. As per attached CIC decision, giving information of spouse is not personal information and hence not exempted.

  • Please provide me copies of GSTR9(Annual) returns filed with enclosures for the financial Year ……………………………..

 

  • Please provide me copies of GSTR3B returns filed with enclosures for the financial year…………………………………

  1. Hi, Thanks. I used the above template and the response I got from the Commissioner of Income Tax. office was that my wife has requested not to provide the information to anybody. The CIT has used Section 8(1)(j) and has rejected my RTA application. Can someone please help me with RTI cases which I can quote to go for the second level of appeal.
