Ordered\u00a0accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is disposed of as allowed.<br \/>\nThe appellant shall cooperate in the investigation\u00a0and shall remain present at the police station as and when\u00a0he is summoned by the concerned authorities.<\/p>\n<p>[ANIL R.
