1. The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with CR No. 18 of 2018 registered with Rabale Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offence punishable under Section 498A, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 8th February, 2018. Dispute arise out of matrimonial discord between the parties. Applicant No.1 is the husband of the complainant and other applicants are her in laws. The marriage between the applicant and the complainant was solemnized on 23rd December, 2013. In the First Information Report it is alleged that on 5th October, 2016, the complainant was thrown out of the matrimonial home and thereafter she started residing at her parental home. FIR was lodged on 15 th January, 2018.

2. Considering the nature of allegations, the interim protection granted on 8th February, 2018 is deserves to be confirmed. Hence, I pass the following order

ORDER

i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 246 of 2018 is allowed.

ii) Interim order dated 8th February, 2018 is confirmed.

iii) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with CR No. 18 of 2018 registered with Rabale Police Station, Navi Mumbai, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;

iv) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor
pressurize the prosecution witnesses;

v) Application stands disposed off.
