In Re : Sanjib Biswas Anr. …… petitioners

Mr. K. K. Basu

Ms. D. Roy
…… for the petitioners

…… for the State

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective
parties.

Having considered materials on record and bearing in mind
the nature of allegations and as there is no medical opinion with
regard to the cause of death and in the light submission that the
victim suffered death due to natural causes, we are inclined to
grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the
petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.
10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction
of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as
laid down under Sectionsection 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 and that the petitioner shall appear before the court below
and pray for regular bail within six weeks from date.

The application being CRM 9388 of 2019 is disposed of.
