Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective

parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are

no way related to the deceased.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for

anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioners were found

near the place where the dead body of the victim was recovered

and it has been alleged that they were in conspiracy with the

absconding accused i.e the husband of the victim lady to

murder her.

We have considered materials on record including the

statements of witnesses who found petitioners were moving near
2

the place from where the dead body of the victim lady was

recovered.

Keeping in mind the prima facie involvement of the

petitioners in the alleged crime and as custodial interrogation in

this grave crime may reveal proof of conspiracy leading to the

homicidal death of the victim, we are of the opinion that this is

not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
