Having considered materials in the case diary disclosing

prima facie involvement of the petitioner in setting the housewife

and minor child on fire as appearing from her dying declaration

and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that

this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
