Having considered the materials in the case diary we find that

the petitioners are in-laws of the victim housewife and they are falsely

implicated in the instant case.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for

anticipatory bail.

Having considered the materials in the case diary we find that

the petitioners are involved in subjecting the victim to torture who

suffered unnatural death within a period of two years of her marriage.

In view of prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the

alleged crime, we are not inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the
