Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie

involvement of the petitioners in torturing the victim housewife resulting in her

unnatural death within one year of marriage and in view of the gravity of the

offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
