Mr. Mrinal Das, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarters),

Purba Medinipur is present in person and submits that Dr. Pradip Kumar Das is

yet to submit 150 post-mortem reports.

Dr. Das is directed to submit the remaining post-mortem reports in the

meantime. He is also directed to be personally present on the next date of

hearing.

Let this matter appear under the same heading on 10th May, 2018.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), Purba Medinipur is

directed to serve copy of this order upon Dr. Das for necessary compliance.
