The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Minakhan Police

Station Case No. 396 of 2017 dated 25.12.2017 under Sections

498A/304B/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials on record, the petitioner cannot be

enlarged on bail at this stage.

CRM 7358 of 2018 is rejected.

However, if no meaningful progress is made in the trial by the

end of this year, the petitioner is granted liberty to apply afresh.

A certified copy of this order be immediately made available to

the petitioner subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
