Having considered the materials in the case diary
disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in torturing
the victim housewife who committed suicide within two years of
marriage, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant
anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
