Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective

parties.

Having considered the materials in the case diary prima

facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in setting the

housewife on fire, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to

the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
