It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the victim
housewife committed suicide at her parental home. It is also
submitted that they are the in laws of the victim housewife and
they have been falsely implicated in the instant case.
Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
We have considered the materials on record and we find that
the victim housewife committed suicide within one year and six
months of marriage. There are materials to show that on the date of
incident the accused persons have gone to the parental home and
made further demands of dowry.
In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion that this
not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
