Procedure filed on 11.07.2018 in connection with Chakdaha Police
Station Case No. 599 of 2017 dated 26.09.2017 under Sections
498A/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the

petitioner that she is the married sister-in-law of the victim housewife

and did not play any role in the life of the victim.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for

anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record and we find that

the petitioner resided in the same locality and tortured the victim

housewife. As a result she suffered unnatural death within five months

of her marriage.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion that this is

not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is
