The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Krishnaganj Police
Station Case No.241/2018 dated 18.10.2018 under Sections
498A/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner submits that he is the husband of the victim and he is
in custody for about 150 days. The charge-sheet has been submitted in this
case, but the charges are yet to be framed.
The State produces the case diary. The other accused who are related
to the present petitioner have been granted bail earlier.
Considering the fact that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this
case and the further custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be

necessary and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody for a
considerable period of time, he may be granted bail subject to certain
conditions.
The petitioner will be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of
Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount,
to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnaganj on the
conditions that the petitioner will not intimidate any witness or tamper with
any evidence in any manner whatsoever and the petitioner will be obliged to
attend Court on the dates fixed for the trial.
In the event the petitioner violates any of the conditions indicated
above, the trial court will be at liberty to cancel the bail without reference to
this Court.
The prayer for bail is allowed, subject to the conditions stated above.
Certified photocopies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the
parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
