The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Joypur Police

Station Case No. 188 of 2017 dated 06.09.2017 under Sections

498A/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner may have already been detained for over

300 days, the present prayer is considered unworthy.

However, the Trial Court should proceed with the trial as

expeditiously as possible and without granting unnecessary

adjournment to the parties.

CRM 7406 of 2018 is rejected at this stage.

A certified copy of this order be immediately made available to

the petitioner subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
