Joypur P.S case no. 59 of 2019 dated 14.8.2019 under sections
498A/304B/34 of the IPC and 3/4 of the DP Act

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective

parties.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima

facie involvement of the petitioners in subjecting the housewife to

torture and compelled her to commit suicide within four years of

marriage, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of

offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the

petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
