Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective


It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are the

in laws of the victim housewife and they did not play any role in the

life of the victim.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having considered the materials in the case diary and

bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioners in

the torture of the victim housewife who committed suicide within

one year of marriage, we are of the opinion that this not a fit case

to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
