Heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties.

Having considered the materials in the case diary prima facie

disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the assault of the victim

resulting in her miscarriage which is supported by medical

evidence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
