Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective


Having considered the materials on record and bearing in

mind the allegation of attempting to strangulate the housewife

which is supported by medical evidence, we are of the opinion

that in view of the nature of offence this is not a fit case to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
