tkm/ct 28 C.R.M. 5612 of 2019
sl no. 64

In Re : An application for anticipatory bail under Sectionsection 438 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure filed on 1.7.2019 in connection with
Mathabanga P.S Case no. 319/18 dated 1.11.2018 under Sectionsections
498A/Section307 of the IPC

In Re : Diba Juarder @ Diba Joyaddar Ors. …… petitioners

Mr. S. Misra
…… for the petitioners

Mr. Arijit Ganguly
Mr. S. K. Dan
…… for the State

Having considered the materials in the case diary

disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in causing

burn injury on the victim which is supported by medical

evidence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
