Having considered the materials in the case diary disclosing

prima facie involvement of the petitioners in torturing the victim

housewife which is supported by medical evidence, we are of the

opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the

petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
