Criminal Procedure filed on 3rd January, 2019 in connection with Dankuni
Police Station Case No.299 of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 under

323/406/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Let the matter appear a fortnight hence, during which time, the petitioners

will not be arrested in connection with the complaint.

The investigating officer is directed to immediately accompany the

complainant to the matrimonial home so that the stridhan articles of the

complainant can be recovered therefrom. In the event excuses are proffered to

suggest that the stridhan articles were taken away by the complainant or are not

made over to the complainant on any other like-pretext, the prayer may not be

favourably considered.
