Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective


Having considered the materials in the case diary

disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in causing

grievous injury and hospitalization of his wife, we are of the

opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit

case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
