In Re : Lalmon Bibi Ors. ……

petitioners

Mr. P.S. Mondal
…… for the petitioners
Mr. Rana Mukhejee
Mr. S. Chatterjee
…… for the State

Having considered materials in the case diary and bearing
in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioners i.e. the in-laws
of the victim housewife in the alleged crime and as the principal
accused i.e. the husband is in custody, we are of the opinion
custodial interrogation of the petitioners for progress of
investigation is not necessary and they may be granted
anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the
petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of
Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the
satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the
conditions as laid down under Sectionsection 438(2) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 and that the petitioners shall appear
before the court below and pray for regular bail within a fortnight
from date.

The application being CRM 5640 of 2019 is disposed of.
