Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective


Having considered materials in the case diary disclosing

prima facie involvement of the petitioner in assaulting and

biting the victim housewife which is supported by medical

evidence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to

grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
