Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective
parties.
Having considered materials in the case diary disclosing
prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime
and as they have absconded for five years, we are of the opinion
that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the
petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
