Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition

seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 3 dated 21.01.2017 registered under

Sections 406, 498A IPC at Police Station Women Cell, District SAS Nagar

(Mohali) has been rendered infructuous as the matter has been amicably

resolved between the parties. Furthermore, the above said FIR has been

quashed by this Court on 03.05.2017 in CRM-M No. 12294 of 2014 on the

basis of the settlement between the parties. This fact is not denied by

learned counsel for the State.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
