Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and
perused the documents on record.
In Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016 in which one of
the allegations was for committing offence under Section 354 I.P.C.
and under Section 8 of POCSO Act, now chargesheet has been filed
for offences under Sections 341, 323, 452, 504 and 506/34 I.P.C.
The petitioners are in judicial custody since 02.05.2017.
The learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for grant of
bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,
the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on
each one furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (Rupees Ten
Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge1stcumSpecial
Judge, Dhanbad, in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 141 of
2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 4795 of 2016, with the condition
that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court regularly.
The instant application is allowed. Let a copy of this
order be sent to the trial Court through FAX.
