Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No. 7 dated
13.01.2010 under Section 354 IPC (Sections 376, 511 IPC added
subsequently) registered at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala
alongwith consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of a
compromise arrived at between the parties.
As per report dated 11.04.2017 submitted by the learned
Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kapurthala, the complainant has specifically
stated that no compromise has been effected between her and the accused
petitioner. The petitioner did not appear before the learned Judicial
Magistrate First Class, Kapurthala.
Keeping in view the above, learned counsel for the petitioner at
this stage seeks to withdraw this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
