This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of
Cr.P.C. praying to quash the complaint, FIR and the
entire proceedings in Crime No.36/2016 registered by
the first respondent police on the complaint given by the
second respondent for the offences p/u/s 498A, 323, 34
and 506 of IPC along with Section 3 and 4 of D.P. Act,
1961. The copies of the complaint, FIR and entire order
sheet are produced herewith and marked as document
No.1,2 and 3 respectively.

This Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the
Court made the following:

ORDER

Memo is filed by learned counsel for petitioners

indicating thereunder that charge sheet has been filed

and as such, petitioners are seeking leave of the Court

to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition

by challenging the entire proceedings.

Memo is placed on record.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn

with liberty as sought for.
