Heard the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties.
Perused the case diary.

The petitioner is in custody for 21 days. Investigation
is in progress.

On perusal of the suicidal note of the victim
housewife, which is at page 83 in the case diary, we are not
inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner and the same
stands rejected.

Accordingly, the application for bail stands dismissed.
