1. Petitioner has preferred this misc. petition under
Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for qu ashing of the FIR No.131/2017 dated
11.05.2017 qua the petitioners registered at the police station
Khairwara, District Udaipur and all consequential and incidental
proceedings arising there from for the alleged offences under
Sections 498A, 341, 323 of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry
Prohibition Act.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 makes a
statement that charge-sheet has been filed by the police.

3. In light of the statement made by learned counsel for
the respondent No.2, this misc. petition is dismissed. However, the
petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all the issues at appropriate
stage.
