Mr. V. S. Mishra, learned Government Advocate for the respondent-State.

Heard on I.A. No.18269/2017, which is an application for suspension of
sentence and grant of bail on behalf of the applicant.
The applicant has been convicted for an offence under section 354 IPC
and sentenced to RI for one year, with default stipulation.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of
short sentence of one year, I am inclined to allow I.A. No.18269/2017
and suspend the remaining part of the sentence imposed upon applicant
Kamta Prasad Choudhary and direct that he be released on bail upon
his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction
of the Trial Court. The applicant shall now appear before the Registry of
this Court on 18.4.2018 and on such other dates as may be directed by
the office.

Record of the trial court be called for.

List the case for arguments on admission.
Certified copy as per rules.
