1. This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been preferred against the order dated 16.07.2015 passed by

learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Bikaner in Regular Criminal Case

No.114/2014 pertaining to FIR No.230/2014 of Police Station,

Mahila Thana, Bikaner, by which she takes on record the

compromise filed by respondent No.2 alongwith petitioner for

dropping the proceedings of the case, however, while

compounding for offences under Section 406 IPC; no order for

offence under Section 498A IPC was passed.

2. Learned counsel for both the parties agree that now the

chances of compounding or the compromise no more exists.

3. In light of the aforesaid statement made by learned

counsel for both the parties, the present misc. petition does not

survive and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, if any

remedy under law is available to the petitioner, he shall be at

liberty to avail the same.
